D’Allen Pretlow is the founder and CEO of DSDQ Fitness. D’Allen is a life-long athlete competing in football at the collegiate level and has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He specializes in group fitness, sports conditioning, weight management, and personal training.

CALESIO NEWMAN
Calesio A. Newman is a track and field athlete that specialized in the 100 & 200 meters. He is the 2011 Pan American Bronze medalist in the 4x100 meters that was held in Guadalajara, Mexico. Calesio placed 4th in the 2012 Olympic Trials in 2012 missing the Olympic Team by 1/100th of a second. Coach Newman specializes in helping athletes develop basic skills and fundamentals in track and field.

BRIAN SLATER
A Bronx, NY native, Brian graduated from Keystone College in 2013 with a degree in Sport Recreation & Management while competing in track and field. Obtain his Master Degree in Sports Management with Southern New Hampshire University. Currently the Methodist University Head Track & Field. Along with representing the Virgin Islands Track and Field Federation as a national team athlete.

BRENDEN MCNEILL
Brenden McNeill is an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and a USA boxing athlete. He has also served as a nutritionist contractor for our men and women in uniform for 10 years. Coach Brenden is certified with ISSA in personal training and also holds a master trainer certification.

RUDOLPH VALENTINE
Since November 2011, Rudolph Valentine has been a certified personal trainer and business owner of H.O.P.E. Personal Training Services (PTS) and NC Flight Club, a track and field training organization, based out of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Coach Rudolph has over 20 years of experience in conducting one-on-one and group fitness training for children, adults, soldiers and athletes, as well as male and female body building.
