DSDQ bootcamp is where it ALL started! In our bootcamps, you’ll get one hour of interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every time, our bootcamps are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing. All levels are welcome! We have options for everyone!
GRIND is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind! D’Allen likes to use it ALL in GRIND - bands, weights, steps, kettlebells - you name it, you WILL see it in GRIND! As with all of our classes at DSDQ, all fitness levels are welcome!
Fight Club is a favorite here at DSDQ! D’Allen combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio with an awesome playlist to keep you motivated. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
