Our classes are what we are known for at DSDQ! It doesn’t matter what your exercise experience is or your level of fitness. There’s something for everyone, and numerous reasons why you should give it a go! At DSDQ, you’ll meet like minded people and make friends. Training with a others is great for motivation. Plus, all of our classes are”freestyle.” No pre-choreography means variety you can’t get anywhere else. No boredom and keeping that body guessing! MEAL PLANS

SPORTS CONDITIONING

Strength and conditioning training has become a vital part of on the field success in sport. DSDQ’s athletic training and sports conditioning program is focused on developing athletes to be highly competitive in their sport. Under the guidance of a certified coach, athletes train to increase endurance, strength, speed, and power as well as sport specific abilities. The basis for our program is rooted in sport and exercise science.  The overall goal is to increase sport performance while at the same time minimize the risk of sport related injuries. We work with athletes of all ages.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our private personal training service is a 30 Minute training session with a professional and experienced coach. Think of your trainer as your personal health, fitness, and training concierge. We are here to program your workouts, provide technical instruction, and assist you any way we can to ensure your satisfaction and results. It’s like having someone doing all the thinking for you; helping you make all the right decisions so you can get the best results! We recommend personal training for those who want a high level of attention and service. If you are just getting started, recovering from injury, or want in-depth customization and instruction, this is an ideal place to start.
