RUDOLPH VALENTINE

Since November 2011, Rudolph Valentine has been a certified personal trainer and business owner of H.O.P.E. Personal Training Services (PTS) and NC Flight Club, a track and field training organization, based out of Fayetteville, North Carolina. He is a 20 year veteran of the U.S. Army where I served in the Gulf War, Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield and several rotations to Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.  In 2009, Coach Rudoplh graduated magna cum laude from Methodist University with a BS degree in Exercise Science. He has over 20 years of experience in conducting one-on-one and group fitness training for children, adults, soldiers and athletes, as well as male and female body building.  For 9 years, Rudolph volunteered and worked part-time as a strength and conditioning and track and field coach.  He also has experience in rehabilitation from a 2 year internship at the Occupational and Physical Therapy clinics at the VA hospital, in North Carolina.
