The High Intensity Workout Secret: Interval Training

You will see unbelievable results in just 60 days because Insanity exceeds normal workout routines with all-out cardio and plyometric drills and non-stop intervals of strength, power and resistance in addition to ab and core training designed to give you a rock-hard body.

Your body stops improving when it gets used to an exercise level. This is called "stress adaptation response". Insanity overcomes this by INTERVAL TRAINING which means you exercise with for long, hard periods with short lower intensity "rest periods". This high-low intensity cycle is repeated for maximum results.

Insanity takes interval training to the next level with MAX INTERVAL TRAINING that raises your heart rate to 80 percent or more of its max capacity. This increase causes your body to utilize fast-twitch muscle fibers, not normally used during cardio workouts, to continue to burn calories even during lower-intensity workouts. Insanity Workout Month 1

5 extreme cardio workouts will introduce you to Insanity and give you a total-body burn. Workouts range from 30 to 40 minutes a day 6 days a week. In the beginning even the warm up will feel extreme. Do your best and stay with it.

Insanity Workout Month 2
